How much is shipping?
We ship via Parcel Post for a flat-rate of $7.20 and orders over $50 in the US get free shipping. Faster shipping methods are available including Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. All international orders ship via Priority Mail and the rates vary.

How long will it take to get my order?
Parcel Post orders usually take about a week. Priority Mail is usually delivered in 3-5 days, though it's not guaranteed and can take up to a week. Orders placed before 10am ship the same day and the closer you are to Arizona, the faster it will be.

Will the package have any references to drugs or detox on it?
No, the box is a plain Priority Mail box and the return label will say it's from Family Testing Solutions LLC.

I haven't received my order - how do I check the status?
Remember, it can take up to a week to receive your shipment. When you placed your order, an email was sent to the address you entered during checkout - it has a link to show you if it's been shipped and then the status from the USPS.

My tracking number doesn't work!
Yes it does! It's a USPS delivery confirmation number, not UPS. Click here to go to the USPS website and enter your number.

* Orders placed over the weekend after 10 am. on Saturday may not ship until Monday.
* Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days for the purposes of days in transit. For example, a Second Day shipment placed on Thursday may not arrive until Monday-> Thursday -> Friday-> Saturday -> Sunday -> Monday.
* Post Office Box addresses can only receive mail from the United States Postal Service and not from UPS. The fastest delivery method available for PO Box is USPS Express Mail and will be charged at the Second Day Shipping rate. USPS Express Mail is not guaranteed for overnight delivery in all areas.
* USPS and UPS recognize several federal holidays and shipments processed or in transit during holidays may incur a delay.
* Deliveries to rural areas may incur additional days in transit. Please call to confirm delivery time when placing orders for rural locations.
* Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
